These policies are designed for use by Beth Emily Wheeler, a UK-based online nutrition and dietetic coach providing dietetic consultations, nutrition plans, educational programmes, and nutrition and fitness challenges.

3.2 Respectful Communication
Clients and participants are expected to communicate respectfully.
Abusive, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or termination of services.
3.3 Appropriate Use of Messaging & Support
Where programmes include messaging or support access:

Support should relate to programme participation;

Excessive or unreasonable messaging may be limited;

Response times are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
We do not provide 24/7 emergency support.
3.4 Group Challenges & Community Spaces
Participants in group challenges or online communities must:

Treat others respectfully;

Avoid sharing misleading health information;

Avoid bullying, harassment, or discrimination;

Respect confidentiality within group discussions.
We reserve the right to remove participants who breach community standards.
3.5 Sharing of Programme Materials
Programme materials are licensed for individual personal use only.
Clients must not:

Share logins;
-
Redistribute materials;
-
Upload paid content publicly;

Sell or repurpose programme content.
Unauthorised sharing may result in termination of access without refund.
3.6 Medical & Safety Limitations
Clients should not rely on messaging systems or group platforms for urgent medical advice.
If you experience a medical emergency, contact emergency services or your GP immediately.
3.7 Misuse of Services
We may restrict or terminate services where we reasonably believe there has been:

Fraudulent activity;

Misrepresentation;

Repeated policy breaches;

Abuse of refund policies;

Misuse of programme access;

Conduct placing others at risk.
3.8 Use of Fitness Challenges
Clients participating in fitness challenges acknowledge that:

Exercise carries inherent risks;

They participate voluntarily;
-
They are responsible for monitoring their own health and physical capability.
Participants should stop activity and seek medical advice if they experience concerning symptoms.
3.9 Confidentiality Within Groups
Clients must respect the privacy of other participants.
Screenshots, recordings, or sharing of private group discussions without permission are prohibited.
3.10 Enforcement
We reserve the right to:

Issue warnings;

Remove content;

Suspend accounts;

Terminate access;
-
Refuse future services
where this policy is breached.
