These policies are designed for use by Beth Emily Wheeler, a UK-based online nutrition and dietetic coach providing dietetic consultations, nutrition plans, educational programmes, and nutrition and fitness challenges.

6.1 General Policy
Beth Emily Optimal aims to provide high-quality services and customer support.
Due to the personalised and digital nature of many services, refund eligibility may vary depending on the type of product or service purchased.
6.2 Consultations
Refunds for consultations may be available where:

Adequate cancellation notice is provided; or

We are unable to provide the booked service.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may not be refundable.
Clients should provide at least 24h notice where possible. In exceptional circumstances, discretion may be applied at the practitioner’s professional judgement.
Refunds are not provided for completed consultations.
6.3 Personalised Nutrition Plans
Once work has commenced on personalised nutrition plans, refunds may be reduced or unavailable due to the customised nature of the service.
Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.
6.4 Digital Products & Self-Guided Programmes
Under UK consumer law, digital content supplied immediately may not be refundable once access or download has begun, particularly where you have consented to immediate delivery.
By purchasing digital products or programmes, you acknowledge that:

Your statutory cancellation rights may be affected.
Nothing in this policy limits your legal consumer rights.
6.5 Challenges & Coaching Programmes
Refunds for challenges or coaching programmes may depend on:

The timing of the cancellation;

Whether programme access has already been granted;

Whether materials have already been delivered.
Where possible, requests will be reviewed fairly and reasonably.
6.6 Subscription Services
If subscription-based services are offered:

Cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase;

Future renewals may be cancelled before the next billing date;

Partial-month refunds are generally not provided unless legally required.

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits rights available under UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
