Service Description
Unlock personalized nutrition with my Accessibility Package. Over six weeks, you’ll receive tailored action plans and follow-up questions via email, perfect for those who prefer written communication. This service is ideal for anyone with social anxieties who perhaps do not like video or phone calls. It is also suitable for individuals unable to commit to scheduled calls and those with limited availability during my work hours. The package is designed to provide accessible, supportive, and individualised care while offering greater flexibility and convenience throughout your journey. The booking system will make you book a 5 minute slot - you don't need to be available for this, but this will be when I first send you an email with the link to your online consultation form.
Booking policy
Professional Standards All consultations are provided by a Registered Dietitian and conducted in accordance with the standards and ethical guidance of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Dietetic Association (BDA). Consultation Fees & Duration - Initial and follow-up online consultations are 55 minutes in duration. - The consultation fee is £100 per session, or if purchasing a package, £80 per session (£60 per session for the accessibility package). - Consultations are delivered remotely via a secure online platform. Booking & Payment Terms - Full payment is required in advance to confirm your appointment. - Appointments are not considered secured until payment has been received. - Payment details will be provided at the time of booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full consultation fee. - Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (“non-attendance”) will result in the full fee being charged. - In exceptional circumstances, discretion may be applied at the practitioner’s professional judgement. Late Attendance - If you join the consultation late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. - The full consultation fee remains payable. Refund Policy Refunds are not provided for completed consultations, late cancellations, or missed appointments. If the practitioner is required to cancel an appointment, clients will be offered either: - a full refund, or - an alternative appointment date.
