Beth Wheeler is a registered Dietitian and Nutritionist dedicated to supporting individuals in improving their health through personalised, evidence-based nutrition care. She is passionate about helping clients develop a healthier and more balanced relationship with food, with particular interests in weight management and disordered eating.

Beth's practice is informed by her professional background as both a fitness trainer and an NHS Dietitian working within a specialist eating disorder service, alongside her own lived experience of recovery. This combination enables her to provide compassionate, evidence based, and non-judgemental support with genuine understanding of the challenges individuals may face.
With extensive experience in nutrition, fitness and clinical practice, Beth develops personalised plans tailored to each client's individual goals, lifestyle, and cultural background. Her approach focuses on empowering individuals with practical knowledge and sustainable habits, helping them build confidence and create long-term positive change in their relationship with food and overall health.
Beth is registered with the Association for Nutrition (21437), British Dietetic Association, and The Health and Care Professions Council (DT035620).
